Salary/Pay: USD 48,000 - 90,000 gross per year. This is a fixed base salary of USD 48,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience) plus a revenue-tied performance bonus. Experience: Senior level, 5+ years of full-stack development experience
Skills Required:
- Ability to independently build, deploy, and maintain production web applications, and set up Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows for a team
- Strong backend, database, and architecture skills (PHP 8.2+, Laravel, MySQL, Redis), with a high standard for data accuracy
- Frontend skills with Blade, Alpine.js, Livewire and Tailwind CSS
- Proven product ownership with commercial instincts: deciding what to build, not just building what was decided
- A track record of live products or projects you can walk the team through
- Independent, async-first working style, with clear written documentation of decisions
- Genuine interest in cryptocurrency, investing, and personal finance

Optimizee Group runs financial comparison platforms, including CryptoRunner.com (the largest cryptocurrency comparison platform in Northern Europe), InvestoRunner.com (the largest stock market comparison platform in Sweden), and CreditRunner.com (launching soon). It works with 450+ partners and has about 44,000 monthly active users. It is hiring a hands-on Product Lead for its small, 100% remote team. The role is roughly 60% product leadership and 40% full-stack development, with a clear path to Head of Product as the team grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the product roadmap across the platforms: prioritising, writing specs, and driving work from idea to launch
- Building and shipping features alongside the web developer, improving site architecture, performance and conversion flows
- Leading and growing the product team, including 1-on-1s, performance reviews and recruitment
- Setting up the engineering workflow: development routines, code review, testing, deployment and documentation
- Turning user data, market insights and analytics into decisions that improve traffic, conversion and revenue per visitor
