Experience: Minimum of 6 years developing modern full-stack applications
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
- Strong experience building scalable backend systems with Python and FastAPI
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern software architecture
- Proven experience integrating LLMs and AI capabilities into production applications
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing, and secure development practices
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, communication and problem-solving skills
- Advantageous: experience building AI-first or SaaS platforms
- Desirable: Electron desktop apps or React Native, AWS/Azure/GCP, observability and performance optimisation, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks and agentic AI systems

Anthrop Management Limited is urgently recruiting a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer for its client. The engineer will architect, develop and scale AI-powered digital products, delivering secure, high-performing, production-ready solutions across the full stack. The role is strategic, covering platform architecture, AI-native applications, new AI technologies and secure, efficient scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining scalable end-to-end features across web, desktop, mobile, backend services, APIs and AI-powered applications
- Architecting and improving frontend and backend systems, microservices, APIs, databases and infrastructure
- Designing and optimising AI solutions, including LLM integrations, AI agents, RAG pipelines, MCP services, vector databases and background processing
- Working with Product Managers, Designers and QA Engineers to turn business requirements into production-ready software
- Leading engineering excellence through code reviews, quality standards, testing strategies and stronger CI/CD pipelines
- Driving innovation through technical research, architectural and performance improvements, and cloud infrastructure enhancements
