TeKnowledge Nigeria is looking for a motivated DevOps and Automation Engineer to join its Digital Technology Services team. You will support cloud operations, drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and mentor junior engineers, working with architects, developers, and security teams to deliver cloud transformation projects while maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the design, configuration and management of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Helping implement DevOps practices across hybrid and cloud environments
- Contributing to infrastructure as code initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
- Implementing security and access controls such as RBAC and Key Vault integration
- Supporting the deployment and monitoring of observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana)
- Troubleshooting deployment environments and taking part in incident, change, and configuration management
- Documenting automation processes, creating user adoption materials and sharing insights with the team
- Mentoring junior engineers and working with development, QA and operations teams to automate workflows
- Applying DevSecOps practices, including security checks and Microsoft Defender for Cloud integration
