Experience: Senior level, 10 years of experience supporting digital systems, data systems, and software development for national data systems, including system architecture, configurations, integrations, source code, and technical documentation. Also 5 years developing and implementing AI-enabled digital solutions, 5 years in data analysis, visualization, and user-friendly digital tools, and demonstrated experience supporting education sector management through digitalized monitoring and evaluation tools. Education: Advanced university degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, statistics, or a relevant field
Skills Required:
- EMIS and DHIS2: strong practical expertise in EMIS implementation, configuration, system administration, and technical support, especially DHIS2 systems and platforms
- AI solutions: developing and implementing AI-enabled digital solutions
- Data skills: data analysis, visualization, and building user-friendly digital tools
- Systems development: reviewing and developing system architecture, configurations, integrations, and source code
- Education sector: creating digitized monitoring and evaluation tools to support education management
- English: strong communication skills
