Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Video Data Annotation Specialist on a contract basis to review and label video and audio content and assess the quality of AI-generated descriptions. Your work will include:

• Reviewing and annotating short video and audio clips, labeling content accurately based on project-specific guidelines
• Assessing the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated descriptions for diverse multimedia content
• Evaluating content compliance against moderation standards, and flagging uncertain or inappropriate material with a detailed rationale
• Providing clear, concise written feedback on potential inaccuracies or ambiguities in AI outputs
• Maintaining consistency and data integrity in annotation across high volumes of submissions
• Collaborating remotely with project managers and fellow specialists to clarify guidelines and support process improvements
• Safeguarding all project data in line with confidentiality and data protection standards
