In this article, I will highlight some of the best platforms where you can get freelance digital marketing jobs.

Important Disclaimer: I listed several helpful places where you can get freelance jobs; however, for the vast majority of freelancers across the globe — especially African freelancers — Upwork and Fiverr remain the top platforms where you should be using the most to look for good jobs. Others can also come in handy; but from experience, nothing beats Upwork and Fiverr for freelance jobs — especially if you are a Nigerian freelancer with restrictions across the global financial system — although PayPal’s integration with Paga kind of eases that frustration.

General Freelance Marketplaces

These are large marketplaces used by businesses in many industries. There’s constant demand for ads, funnels, retention, content strategy, and analytics.

Upwork

Upwork is one of the biggest sources of freelance marketing work. Please Note: If you are not from the US or Europe, getting jobs (either freelance or full-time) from these job boards can be extraordinarily difficult as these jobs most often need work authorization which is only for natives of those countries – especially jobs from the US.
