Job Title: Operations Manager (Oil & Gas)

Job Type: Full-time (8am to 5pm)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria
Salary/Pay: NGN 1,200,000 per month (listed range: NGN 900,000 - 1,200,000). Benefits include HMO and a 13th-month salary.
Experience: Senior level, 8-10+ years in oil and gas operations
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas, or a related technical field
- Proven experience or exposure to drilling and well operations
- Strong knowledge of rig operations, drilling processes, well control, casing, cementing and drilling fluids
- Experience managing field teams, contractors and service companies
- Strong understanding of HSE, regulatory compliance and operational risk management
- Ability to manage operational budgets, resources, schedules and performance
- Experience in the Nigerian oil and gas industry (highly desirable)
- Certifications such as IWCF, IADC, HSE or equivalent (an advantage)
