The Waves Apartments is hiring a highly organized, professional Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of its 11-unit premium service apartment complex. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain high standards of property upkeep, coordinate staff, optimize occupancy, and make sure every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to departure. Your work will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Supervising the daily workflows of housekeeping, maintenance, and security
- Managing booking platforms, tracking occupancy rates, overseeing vendor relationships, and handling billing and financial reporting
- Inspecting all 11 units regularly to ensure they meet brand standards for cleanliness, amenities, and functionality
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling support staff
