Experience: Experience marketing technical products, ideally software, SaaS, WordPress, or similar.
Skills Required:
- Everyday use of AI agents, automation, and advanced AI workflows, with concrete results to show
- Hands-on and comfortable with the technical side of marketing, including setting up a local development environment and using tools like Claude for technical tasks
- Ability to work across areas of marketing and turn ideas into action
- Understanding of how marketing connects to business results
- Curiosity about customers and the business before proposing solutions
- Ability to work independently, without detailed instructions, as priorities change

Description:
OnTheGoSystems is a profitable, self-funded remote product company, growing since 2007, that builds products helping businesses go global. Its WPML product powers more than 1.5 million websites. It is looking for a hands-on, AI-native marketer to take ownership of marketing and help shape its approach. There is no established marketing team or fixed playbook, and you will work directly with the CEO and product teams.
Areas that currently need an owner:
- SEO, GEO and AEO
- Content and collaborations with partners, authors and bloggers
- Marketing to existing customers, including retention and expansion
- Paid advertising
- Client analytics
- Other opportunities you identify
In your first weeks, you will learn the products, industry and competitors, speak directly with customers, review data and existing activities, identify where marketing can have the biggest impact, and build a concrete plan for the areas you propose to own.
