Description:
Dolly Management Ltd is looking for a remote sales agent to close and convert chats for its clients. You will chat with customers in real time, on behalf of the company's creators and in their voice and style. You will build rapport, keep conversations going, and turn them into sales, following the company's scripts and step-by-step sales process with support from a team lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Chatting with customers in real time on behalf of creators, in their voice and style
- Building rapport and keeping customers engaged
- Following scripts and the sales process to turn conversations into sales
- Working alongside the creator and your team lead during each shift
Shifts are usually scheduled at the start of each week, with occasional short-notice shifts. The company states it never charges any fee to apply, train, or start work.
