Experience: Senior level, minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience

Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL
  • Proven experience building custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD and development lifecycle tools (SFDX, Git, DX CLI)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Advantageous: third-party Salesforce apps (Conga, DocuSign, CPQ), DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset, large-scale data migration and deduplication, Agile/Scrum with Jira or Asana, and industry-specific implementations (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud)

Proxify is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join one of its fast-growing client teams, build web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape user experiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Writing clean, well-documented Apex code and Lightning components
  • Building and maintaining integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Customising Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and process automation
  • Optimising performance and ensuring platform scalability and security
  • Working with admins, analysts, architects and stakeholders to deliver features
  • Conducting code reviews and giving technical guidance to other developers
  • Taking part in technical planning, estimation and solution design
