Experience: 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
- Networking experience (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience managing servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Advantageous: cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash), monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems, and support for high-availability environments

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
- Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability
- Troubleshooting infrastructure, hardware, and network issues
- Managing access controls, backups and system configurations
- Supporting infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements
