Job Title: Software Engineer
Company: AnyHustle (connects engineers with client teams, mostly US-based, to build software)
Job Type: Project-based contractor, primarily part-time, remote. Fixed recurring hours are not guaranteed, and you may work on several projects at once if your availability allows.
Location: Remote, Worldwide.
Salary/Pay: Starting at USD 2,000 per month per active project. Rates vary with expertise and project complexity, and terms are agreed before each engagement. No equity.

Skills Required:
- Near-native English fluency with confident, engaging communication
- Deep proficiency in at least one major language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or Go
- Solid engineering fundamentals: software design, system architecture, APIs, databases, algorithms, testing, and modern development practices
- Familiarity with various frameworks, cloud platforms, and development tools
- Ability to pick up unfamiliar technologies quickly and solve problems independently
- Confident, approachable communication in technical conversations
- Curiosity, self-motivation, and openness to feedback
- Listed skills: Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Node.js, React.js, Angular, and AWS

As a Software Engineer, you will build software for these clients and take part in technical discussions, client interviews, and project onboarding to find projects that match your expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing and delivering high-quality software solutions
- Collaborating with international clients and engineering teams
- Taking part in technical discussions, client interviews, and project onboarding
- Adapting to different technologies, project environments and engineering challenges
- Contributing to multiple projects when workload and availability allow
