Hire Talentta Connect Limited is looking for a freelance instructional designer and curriculum developer to build complete, ready-to-deliver cybersecurity training programs (not just slide decks) that turn complex security concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences for non-technical audiences. Your deliverables will include:
- A core workshop, "Cybersecurity Awareness & Human Risk": a 45 to 60 minute instructor-led curriculum covering phishing, social engineering, passwords, fraud, and incident reporting, including editable PPT slides, facilitator guides with speaking notes, participant workbooks and handouts, real-world scenarios, quizzes, and feedback templates
- A reusable awareness program toolkit: needs assessment and audience frameworks, program planning templates, an annual awareness calendar, reusable lesson plan templates, and evaluation tools
- Client-facing educational materials: awareness guides, checklists, workshop descriptions, and supporting handouts
