It is hiring a Technical Operations Associate to maintain and improve its websites, resolve technical issues, manage integrations, and develop new pages as needed. This is a flexible, task-based role where work is assigned as needed, and the developer provides an estimate of hours for approval before starting each task. Your work will include:
- Maintaining and updating Betternship's websites
- Building and modifying website pages, landing pages, and forms
- Troubleshooting and fixing website errors, broken features, and integration issues
- Setting up and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms and tools
- Using AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools to build pages, improve code, and resolve technical issues
- Ensuring website pages are responsive, functional, and properly optimised
- Implementing website changes requested by the operations and marketing teams
- Testing completed tasks to ensure everything works as expected
