Kennedia Consulting is hiring an End User Support Engineer to support IT operations across its rig sites in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for supporting site-based IT operations. Your work will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT and network operations issues
- Supporting and maintaining LAN, CCTV, biometric systems, and IT infrastructure inventory
- Conducting routine network checks, site inspections, and IT operations visits
- Taking ownership of assigned sites and ensuring efficient IT service delivery
- Liaising with the Head Office to communicate site requirements and resolve technical issues
