Experience: Senior-level, strong professional experience developing production full-stack applications, with hands-on front-end and back-end engineering. 

Skills Required:

• Full-stack development: meaningful hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end engineering, building production applications
• Programming languages: production experience with multiple languages
• Web fundamentals: browser applications, APIs, application state, databases, and service integration
• System architecture: understanding and contributing to the architecture of complete software systems
• Codebases: working effectively in unfamiliar repositories
• Debugging: strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills

Description:
Crossing Hurdles is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on a contract basis to build and debug front-end and back-end application components, and to review AI-generated code. Your work will include:

• Developing, modifying, and debugging front-end and back-end application components
• Implementing user-facing features and the services, APIs, and data models behind them
• Tracing requests and data across browsers, front-end apps, APIs, services, databases, and external integrations
• Working inside unfamiliar repositories and understanding existing application architecture
• Diagnosing failures involving application state, API contracts, authentication, persistence, networking, and deployment
• Evaluating and improving code written in multiple programming languages
• Reviewing AI-generated solutions for correctness, completeness, performance, security, and maintainability
