Levitikal Group is hiring an Operations Analyst to evaluate company systems and data, spot trends and areas for improvement, and recommend ways to raise efficiency, cut costs, and boost revenue. The role works across departments and also supports the sales team on secondary tasks. Your work will include:
- Collecting and evaluating information from many sources to spot trends, patterns, and areas needing development
- Assessing current company systems and suggesting improvements to raise output and efficiency
- Producing thorough reports with analysis, key conclusions, and actionable advice for management
- Collaborating across departments to understand their requirements and carry out improvements, and supporting the sales team on secondary tasks
- Monitoring KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate the success of implemented improvements
- Identifying chances to lower operating expenses without sacrificing quality or performance
- Suggesting ways to boost income through better customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Assisting in selecting and implementing new technologies to streamline operations
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices to propose continuous enhancements
- Supervising the rollout of new systems or procedures to ensure timely, within-budget execution
- Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
