Experience: Mid-level to senior, 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a closely related infrastructure role, including demonstrable experience leading or executing cloud infrastructure migrations.
Skills Required:
- Google Cloud Platform: deep hands-on knowledge, particularly Cloud Run (essential), Cloud SQL, IAM, Cloud Armor, and VPC networking
- CI/CD: strong experience designing, building, and maintaining pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure as code: proficiency in Terraform, with Ansible experience also valuable
- Containers: experience with Docker and container-based application deployment
- Architecture: solid understanding of microservices architecture, deployment strategies, and environment management
- Security and monitoring: experience implementing cloud security, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Troubleshooting: ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and work independently in a remote environment
- Soft skills: strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Advantage: Demonstrable, hands-on experience migrating applications to GCP and managing production Cloud Run environments (these candidates will be prioritised). Kubernetes/GKE and service mesh are outside the scope of this phase

Financial Infrastructure for Nature Agency is hiring a hands-on DevOps Engineer to lead its infrastructure migration from Replit to a secure, production-ready Google Cloud Platform environment built on a bounded Cloud Run microservices architecture. You will own infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD automation, cloud security, monitoring, and deployment reliability across four core deployables: Web, Core API, Payments, and Data Platform. Your work will include:
- Leading the migration from Replit to GCP and managing services such as Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Memorystore, Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, and Cloud Storage
- Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, with rollback mechanisms and environment-specific configurations
- Provisioning and managing infrastructure with Terraform (and Ansible where appropriate), with separate Dev, UAT, and Prod environments
- Configuring HTTPS load balancers, Cloud Armor policies, Cloud Identity Platform, IAM-based service authentication, and private VPC networks
- Implementing centralized monitoring, structured logging, metrics, and alerting
- Managing short-lived Cloud Run jobs for database migrations, data backfills, and cache invalidation
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, and setting up incident response and maintenance processes
