Experience: Senior level, 5+ years in Senior DevOps/SRE roles, building scalable and reliable production platforms.
Skills Required:
- Infrastructure as code: advanced Terraform and Ansible, including modular, secure code and multi-environment state management
- Kubernetes: 3+ years with production Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), including CRDs, networking, GitOps (ArgoCD), and autoscaling
- Multi-cloud: designing resilient AWS and GCP environments, including VPC networking, IAM, and security landing zones
- Systems and networking: mastery of Linux administration, advanced troubleshooting, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS)
- Scripting and CI/CD: enterprise CI/CD automation and tooling with Python, Bash, or Go
- Observability and reliability: strong focus on Prometheus/Grafana and SLO/SLI
- Soft skills: open-minded, friendly, proactive, and responsible, with good communication
