Salary/Pay: $24k to $104k per year, with no equity. This is commission-only: no base salary, no hourly pay, no cap. You earn 10% to 12% of the total contract value on every deal that closes from appointments you set. Part of the commission is paid when the project enters the permitting phase, and the balance when the install is complete.
